We’re excited to be partnering with a growing professional services firm in the search for an experienced HR Manager to join them on a newly created role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a standalone HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to make a real impact from day one. As the business continues to expand, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping and supporting the people agenda – driving operational excellence while implementing efficient and scalable HR processes. What You’ll Be Doing: Acting as the go-to HR expert across the business, advising on all aspects of the employee lifecycle Implementing and optimising HR systems and processes to support scalability and compliance Supporting leadership with talent, performance and engagement initiatives Ensuring smooth onboarding, policy development and day-to-day HR operations Helping to build a strong culture as the business grows What We’re Looking For: A confident, standalone HR professional with a proven background in a fast-paced, professional services environment Strong HR systems knowledge – implementation experience is a big plus A hands-on, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach Comfortable managing change and building structure where needed CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable This is a 6-month fixed-term contract initially, with a strong chance of becoming permanent as the business continues its growth journey.
