HR Administrator (Part time, Fixed Term)
25 hours per week- Mon-Fri Flexible hours

We're looking for a highly organised HR Administrator to join our friendly People Team at Silver X Group. This parttime role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to play a key role in delivering a great employee experience.
What you'll be doing
* Managing onboarding, weekly inductions and new starter setup
* Updating employee records in Cezanne and maintaining compliance checks
* Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentation
* Supporting HR queries and helping with wellbeing & engagement activities
* Assisting with ER admin, notetaking and maintaining case files
* Providing accurate data to payroll and keeping HR trackers up to date
What we're looking for
* Experience in HR admin or people support
* Confident using HR systems (Cezanne is a bonus)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) is ideal but not essential
