Your Role
As a HR Administrator, you will work closely with the European Regional Human Resources team on a 12-month Fixed Term basis.
What You Will Do
1. Responsible for whole lifecycle employee administration, from offer letter through to leavers letters and all ‘in employment’ changes i.e. transfers, changes in working hours, maternity etc.
2. Coordinate the new employee orientation process including paperwork, benefits packet, internal notifications, orientation schedule, delivering first day orientations and acting as orientation backup.
3. Maintain HR Databases, ensuring updates are made in a timely fashion and carrying out regular data cleanses.
4. Manage the HR shared drive/filing system
5. Respond to employee queries on all areas of HR, escalating where appropriate
6. Administer the company’s benefits schemes and assist in the annual renewal processes
7. Order employee gifts related to service anniversary dates, new hires, re-hires, life events and illnesses
8. Process and track leaves of absence
9. Maintain an effective system of employee feedback on training delivered
10. Develop and maintain HR Management Information reports i.e. sickness, turnover etc
Your Qualifications
11. Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a fast-paced HR team
12. Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service
13. Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
14. Self-motivator with strong organisational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator
15. A good understanding of data and ability to manipulate and produce reports
16. Attention to detail, calm under pressure and great ability to prioritise
17. Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
18. Ability to handle large volumes of sensitive and confidential information appropriately
19. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite essential. Adobe Creative Suite an advantage
20. Experience in an architectural or creative environment advantageous.
