REQUIREMENTS:
16. Ideally CIPD Qualified or equivalent with HR Generalist experience operational and commercial environments;
17. Successful in working within a sophisticated matrixed organisation
18. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices
19. Validated interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
20. Ability to work on own initiative to deliver projects and implement new initiatives;
21. Ability to research, analyse and reason logically within tight and conflicting time frames;
22. Ability to adopt and handle change in a fast-paced environment handling high levels of ambiguity at times;
23. Ability to navigate matrix structures and organisational relationships;
24. Confident in engaging and collaborating with managers and business leaders;
