What You’ll Do

1. Run full recruitment cycles
2. Own role briefs and partner closely with hiring managers
3. Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting & referrals
4. Build pipelines for high-demand roles to stay ahead of project needs
5. Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and compliance
6. Use our ATS to keep everything running smoothly
