Based in Bedfordshire but with the possibility of working at one of the firms’ other offices in Northamptonshire or Cambridgeshire, this is an excellent opportunity for a Lawyer to utilise their Employment skills within a busy team. You will have a client-focused approach and handle a wide range of employment matters.
Responsibilities:
* Handling a wide caseload of employment matters
* Liaising with clients
* TUPE
* Tribunals and appeals
* Advising on employment contracts
* Disciplinary matters
* Trade union matters
* Whistleblowing and grievances
The Candidate:
* Qualified Barrister, Solicitor or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE
* Technical proficiency in employment matters
* Outstanding client care skills
* Strives for high standards in their work
* Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
* A strong communicator able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
