Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. More than specific industry experience, what matters most is your drive to deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our business. If you enjoy engaging with people, are results-driven, and have a proactive approach, this role could be a perfect fit. Experience in jewellery or luxury retail is a bonus, but by no means essential.
Duties
* Provide an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers.
* Present and demonstrate products with confidence, clearly communicating their features and benefits.
* Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive journey for clients.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions that drive sales growth.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous).
* Share insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity to support business development.
Experience & Skills
* Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not essential — the right attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great service are what matter most.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Confidence in learning and using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage).
* A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Additional languages (e.g. Spanish) would be a plus, but are not required.
