HR Manager

We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to join a growing and evolving organisation in Leicester. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape and develop HR processes, systems and training across the business.
You will work closely with the leadership team, supporting with both recruitment and HR functions while helping to introduce stronger processes, policies and systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and organising staff training programme
* Improving HR processes and systems
* Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
* Managing recruitment and onboarding
* Acting as a key HR contact for employees and the senior leadership team across the business
What Were Looking For
We are seeking a hands-on HR generalist who enjoys building relationships and improving how things work.
You will ideally have:
1. Experience in a generalist HR Manager or HR Business Partner role
2. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
3. Experience implementing or improving HR processes and systems
