Reed are exciting to be partnering with a Cheltenham based company looking for a HR administrator to support the team in their period of growth on a full time basis on a 6 month FTC.
As a HR Administrator, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries
* Support the Head of HR and HR Assistant with projects and undertake the operational day-to-day administration with the HR Team
* Assist with recruitment, including the publishing of adverts, interview arrangements and compilation of recruitment packs, ensuring that all documentation is received back from recruiting managers, filed and kept in accordance with data retention procedures
* Complete HR checks and processing of timesheets, raising and resolving queries within the required timescales for checking by the HR Assistant
* Administration of HR paperwork, including verifying documents and photocopying
To be successful as a HR Administrator you will have:
* Previous HR experience
* Experience within the recruitment process
* Strong administration and MS Office skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
Salary- £26,000-£28,000 dependant on experience
