About The Role
It is an exciting time to join Wren Kitchens. We currently have 100+ showrooms and over 7000 employees across the business, and we're expanding! This growth necessitates the expansion of our HR Team. You will collaborate with colleagues in HR and other business areas to ensure the delivery of high-quality and consistent HR services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and respond to all communications sent to the relevant business areas email inbox efficiently.
* Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related queries.
* Complete administrative duties such as processing starters, leavers, changes, return to works, DBS checks, and similar tasks.
* Use the onboarding system to process offers and contracts for new employees.
* Assist the payroll team by providing relevant employee information.
* Administer staff discounts and 'recommend a friend' schemes.
* Ensure all staff profiles are accurate and up to date.
* Support HR Advisor with absence management, including receiving self and medical certificates and arranging Occupational Health referrals.
* Create reports for managers and HR team such as Starters/Leavers, Attendance, Milestones, Absence, and Headcount as required.
* Ensure all correspondence is accurate, up to date, and sent promptly in line with company processes.
* Support HR meetings with note-taking during disciplinaries, investigations, and appeals.
* Assist with relevant HR projects.
* Perform any other reasonable requests from the Line Manager.

About You
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in IT, including MS Office.
* Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
