Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to identify their automotive needs and suggest suitable new cars.
* Demonstrate vehicles and lead test drives.
* Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Stay updated on new model features, promotions, and incentives.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets for yourself and the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
* Target-driven and motivated to reach personal and team goals.
* Full UK driving license.
* Genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry.
