Rate: £230 - £250 per day

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a 5-month external upgrade project for a sheltered housing scheme in Acton. This is a sensitive residential environment requiring a manager who is as competent with health and safety as they are with resident liaison. You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of a varied external works package, ensuring subcontractors hit milestones while maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful site.
Scope of Works
* External Upgrades: Brick rendering, repointing, and general brickwork.
* Glazing: Full window reglazing and unit replacements.
* Structural: Balcony upgrades and comprehensive roof works.
* Compliance: Managing site safety in a live, sheltered housing environment.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven track record in social housing or sheltered scheme refurbishments.
* Qualifications: Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and a CSCS Black/Gold Card.
* Skills: Ability to manage multiple trades (renderers, window fitters, roofers) and maintain a strict 5‑month programme.
* Vibe: A "resident-first" mindset-understanding how to minimize disruption for elderly or vulnerable tenants.
