Hayward Hawk are delighted to be recruiting for a proactive HR Officer to join our client's busy team. This is a permanent post that is on site daily.
What You’ll Do
* Help with job ads, shortlisting, interviews, offer letters, contracts, and onboarding new staff.
* Support staff and managers on HR policies and workplace issues.
* Assist with reviews and development plans.
* Work on initiatives like employee engagement, diversity, and improving HR systems.
* Keep records accurate and create reports to help decision-making.
* Responsible for recruitment and employee relations, with the opportunity to contribute to and help shape all key HR functions
What You’ll Need
* Around 3 years’ HR experience.
* HR degree or similar preferred.
* Good knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
* Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
* CIPD qualified or working towards is a plus.
