Overview
Are you passionate about building interactive maps, data-rich dashboards, and intuitive user experiences? We're looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer who thrives at the intersection of geospatial data, modern web technologies, and backend API development.
Tech Stack You'll Work With
Database PostgreSQL + PostGIS
Backend Node.js, Python, .NET (or equivalent) - API development
Frontend JavaScript, Mapbox GL JS, Leaflet, OpenLayers
UX/Visualisation deck.gl, React, and other UI frameworks
DevOps & Tools Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines
What You'll Be Doing
* Building and maintaining interactive geospatial dashboards
* Developing and serving feature-based JSON/GeoJSON endpoints with filtering and time-based queries
* Collaborating across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions from data to visualisation
* Optimising performance and user experience for map-based applications
* Supporting deployment and version control using Azure DevOps
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in front-end mapping libraries and backend API development
* Strong understanding of spatial data and geospatial queries
* Ability to work across the stack and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with interactive data visualisation and user-centric design
