Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Boston for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting and promoting vehicles and related services, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Additional responsibilities include following up with potential leads, collaborating with the broader sales team, and keeping up‑to‑date with the latest product knowledge and market trends.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or retail industry
* Proficiency in maintaining and managing customer relationships, including experience with lead management systems
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet sales targets
* Knowledge of automotive products and services or a willingness to learn
* Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented approach to work
* Current and valid driver’s license
* Experience with Jaguar, Land Rover, or similar brands is a plus
