Description

* Develop and implement pay and reward strategies aligned with organisational goals.

* Collaborate with senior management to support budget planning and forecasting.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to pay and benefits.
* Analyse and report on pay trends and their impact on employee retention.
* Manage the administration of reward schemes and employee benefits programmes.
* Support the development of policies to enhance overall employee satisfaction.

Profile

A successful Pay & Reward Manager should have:

* Proven experience in pay and reward management within the not-for-profit sector.
* Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles relevant to compensation planning.
