Job Description
We are partnering with a highly specialised Product-Led Digital Consultancy that builds software faster and smarter than the competition. They act as a technical "SWAT team" for scaling startups and major brands, using AI and rapid experimentation to drive growth.
Currently, all sales are Founder-led. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to come in, take the reins on the pipeline, and eventually shape the future sales leadership of the company.
The Mission: You won't be selling "commoditised agency hours." You will be selling outcomes: Speed-to-market, MVPs, and Data-led Optimisation.
* Target Audience: You will be engaging with sophisticated buyers including Heads of Product, E-commerce Directors, and Founders.
* The Strategy: This is a consultative role. You need to run discovery calls that dig deep into client problems, qualify hard, and disqualify when the fit isn't right.
* The Tools: You will use modern tech (HubSpot, AI research tools) to work smart, not just hard.
