BEAR Scotland is a leading road maintenance and management service provider in Scotland, maintaining and improving Scottish Trunk Roads including bridges and structures through some of the most scenic, but challenging, parts of the country.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our Integrated Management System Team working on our long-term contracts. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining our certification to ISO 9001 and associated registrations and ensuring compliance and the delivery of continual improvement on our M80 and A92 DBFO contracts.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, flexible and hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
This is a full-time permanent position. Standard hours are 40 Hours, Monday – Friday. We offer a hybrid working policy of up to 2 days at home after 3 months of working for the company.

* Document Control
* Internal and External Audit Support
* Continuous Improvement Activities
* Ensuring effective system integration and compliance across the business
* Any other duties associated with the role
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* A degree or equivalent in a relevant field
* Experience with quality and business management systems
* Lead Auditor Qualification
* Report Writing
* Strong IT Skills
* Effective Communication and Interaction Skills
* Ability to time-manage, set priorities and work to deadlines.
