Responsibilities
* Help new families secure their dream holiday home, using product knowledge and support.
* Build relationships with existing owners, guiding them through part‑exchange experiences for their current holiday homes.
* Engage in a target‑driven role, maintaining integrity, honesty, and transparency to create memorable sales experiences.
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience in roles such as Caravan Sales Advisor, Car Sales Executive, Estate Agent, or similar.
* Exceptional communication skills and a self‑motivated, confident, and customer‑focused attitude.
* Experience in a target‑driven environment, especially with high‑value sales; ability to close deals while building satisfaction.
* Financial acumen: familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus.
* Full UK driving licence considered beneficial but not essential.
