The Role We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of turnkey construction projects, combining refurbishment, M&E and decarbonisation / retrofit works. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for managing site activity end to end on projects typically valued between £250k and £7m. You’ll coordinate internal delivery teams (including M&E) alongside specialist subcontractors, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme, to budget and to the required quality standards. The role operates across live and regulated environments, requiring strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills.
