About the role
Head of Recruitment – Up to £60,000 per Annum – Office Based in Lytham, Lancashire.
We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to have full responsibility for developing the recruiting strategy for the group.
You’ll lead the in-house recruitment team ensuring that the Tangerine Group attracts, selects and retains the best possible talent in the marketplace. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring the Group is well positioned to achieve its commercial objectives on a global basis.
Responsibilities
* Develop the recruitment strategy for the group.
* Proactively develop initiatives to attract the best talent.
* Ensure all job adverts are SEO optimized.
* Support the hiring managers with the recruitment process.
* Lead and coach the in-house recruitment team.
* Focus on direct methods of recruitment.
* Build strong relationships with the hiring managers and key stakeholders.
* Attend Senior Management meetings.
* Create talent plans for all roles.
About you
* Previous experience as an in-house recruiter.
* A minimum of five years senior recruitment experience.
* Experience of proactively recruiting roles through LinkedIn.
* Highly effective in the art of communication.
* High attention to detail.
* Proficient in writing job adverts.
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
* Competent at dealing with ever-changing demands.
This role is based FULL TIME (Minimum of 40 Hours Per Week) at our Head Office, 5 Days per week. We are not able to consider hybrid or work from home options.
