Mivan is a dynamic and progressive specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor which has built a reputation for excellence and innovation and has an international track record of achievement within a broad range of sectors including luxury hotels, prime residential, commercial and marine. We currently have opportunities for a Site Management Student to join the business in both our Land and Marine areas.

As a Site Management Student, you will be involved in assisting our Project Management Team to establish and successfully co-ordinate and manage the necessary resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the Project Team with the following tasks:
* Management of project resources i.e. labour, plant, materials and sub-contractors
* Planning and procurement
* Supervision and monitoring of works to ensure completion on time and that the required levels of quality are met.
* Site administration
* Provide a support function for the Project Management team
* Attend internal hand-over meetings as required.
* To participate fully in all training and development activities and attend all related courses and other training as arranged.
* Work diligently towards developing the skills, knowledge and expertise to prepare you for their final studies and future career.
This role will be based in Antrim but will include the opportunity to work on sites in various locations all over the world.
The Successful Candidates
Applicants must be currently studying a relevant qualification and should be articulate, proactive and have good communication and IT skills. Candidates must also be motivated and committed with an aptitude to learn quickly and the ability to work under pressure. Willingness to travel is essential.
