We are looking for a Service Sales Executive to join our team in Southampton, England.

Listen to customer needs, understand their contexts and issues, resolve questions, and explore business opportunities. Work with customers to set the vision and strategy for how our products and solutions can support their business. The work will be carried out from the Southampton or Golborne office within a motivated team that provides support in sales, pre-sales, after-sales, and technical knowledge. The environment emphasizes customer satisfaction, entrepreneurship, ownership, and results.
What will the person be expected to do to reach success & optimal performance:
1. Become the go-to person for customers: maintain contact with assigned customers, gather feedback, discuss new opportunities, present new products/solutions, and facilitate discussions with technical experts.
2. Contribute to teamwork and knowledge sharing: update reporting systems, participate in meetings, share customer experiences and market insights.
3. Focus on self-growth and development: learn from industry experts, participate in events and trainings, stay updated on technical and market developments.
4. Be innovative: suggest improvements, look for process enhancements to add value.
