A Day in the Life Manage the WeCare product specialist team and manage Team leaders. Lead, motivate and build a high-performing, effectively working WeCare Service Team by coaching and mentoring the Product Support Helpline agents. Ensure operational excellence by overseeing and managing execution at the highest performing standards of WeCare service levels and KPIs. Implement process & asset management improvements and influence cost-saving strategies that result in significant savings for Medtronic as well as a better service for patients. Strive to improve team and operations performance. Oversee the implementation of enabling technology. Use insight into patients behaviour and lever operational efficiency to achieve KPIs.
