The role involves providing customer-centric sales advice and support, working towards sales targets in line with company forecasts, and managing the sales process by liaising with purchasers, prospective purchasers, and estate agents.
Our homes are designed to meet the needs of diverse homebuyers, including first-time buyers, second-steppers, downsizers, and investors. Every touchpoint in the customer’s home buying journey is crucial, and you will be committed to delivering a 5* customer experience every time.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
1. Selling
o Meeting with clients, assessing their needs, and qualifying them
o Liaising with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc.)
2. Administration
o Conducting market research and competitor analysis
o Maintaining the customer enquiry database
o Completing and distributing all required documentation

* Has experience in new homes sales or property sales
* Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Is personable, well-presented, and composed
* Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills
* Is an active team player who encourages success
* Is self-motivated, determined, and efficient
* Can represent the Gleeson brand to the highest standards
