With many exciting plans ahead, we are now looking for a Recruiter to join us. This is the perfect role for an Agency recruiter looking to go into internal recruitment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Be directly responsible for the recruitment and selection of a variety of team member, Team Leader and Management positions
Guide Hiring Managers on the recruitment process and best practices to ensure they fill their vacancies in a suitable amount of time.
Utilising the relevant job boards to advertise our vacancies in the most cost effective and timely way, while ensuring the advert content is accurate and follows the relevant brand standards.
Arranging interviews for suitable candidates with hiring Managers
Advising and guiding stakeholders on Recruitment approaches in line with overall Talent Acquisition policy
Be a part of recruitment and attraction initiatives and activities
Attend career events and job fairs being a ambassador for The Arora Group and the Brands Affiliated with it.
Work proactively to ensure we have Talent pools of relevant candidates for a proactive approach for future vacancies
Skills & Experience
A successful track record as a Recruiter in the hospitality industry (Internal or Agency)
Experience of working with major global hotel brands is ideal.
Team player with strong & positive people skills
Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
Willing to adapt and change styles as and when necessary.
Have a proactive approach and always be thinking two steps ahead
Senior stakeholder Management experience
* Driving licence is a plus but not essential.
