Sales Executive £25,397.33 Uncapped Commission Leeds City Centre - Hybrid Working Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are currently working with a conveyancing firm in Leeds City Centre on a Sales Executive role that is full time and permanent. Since opening their doors over 20 years ago, the team have developed successful partnerships with Estate Agents and Letting Agents across the UK. Their main focus is to develop innovative products and services whilst working closely with these businesses to allow them to progress and develop. They are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join them on a permanent and full time basis. The role is perfect for someone who has worked within a sales or customer service environment and has developed excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: This dual role will be split between the sales and support teams, to ensure daily and monthly service expectations, targets and overall business requirements are met. Some of the responsibilities include: Inbound and Outbound calls selling the companies legal services to customers on behalf of some of leading estate agents, as well as direct customer enquiries or other businesses within the group. Proactively manage your own workload, through scheduling your diary of calls, prioritising customer contact based on service level agreements, monitor call backs to meet customer expectations, monitor provided call stats to review individual activity levels against your daily workload. Providing sufficient notes following all customer contact, for anyone within the business to review and understand the progress of a customer file. Review your performance dashboards and set personal improvement objectives to achieve monthly KPIs, alongside your line manager Build and maintain professional working relationships with our referring estate agency clients, ensuring targets are achieved by you, for the company and their business partners. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records so that readily accessible progress information is available at all times. Deal with administration surrounding conveyancing leads which are received via inbound telephone and email. Dealing with relevant tasks when any given member of the team is on leave to ensure no downturn in productivity. Skills and Experience needed: Target driven Excellent communication skills Ability to manage a varied workload Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets & work under pressure Ability to work on own initiative Excellent attention to detail Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure Ability to provide guidance and feedback to peers Ability to demonstrate role model behaviour at all times.
