We’re looking for a Cook who understands this deep connection and wants to make every meal meaningful.
In this role, you will:
🍳 Design and prepare balanced, nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
📅 Plan menus that bring variety and freshness every day
🛍️ Manage stock and order supplies, ensuring high standards of food safety
👩🍳 Lead your kitchen team with care, creating a calm and efficient workspace
🍰 Encourage residents to join in cooking and baking, making food a shared joy
Your skills and qualities will include:
✔ A Food Handling Certificate and experience in catering or care
✔ Strong organisational skills and attention to hygiene and safety
✔ A caring nature that sees cooking as a way to nurture and connect
✔ Basic digital literacy
✔ Membership of the PVG Scheme or willingness to apply

As a Christian organisation, you will need to have a respect for all aspects of Christian worship.
