Core Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Client Familiarisation and Support Act as a key support liaison for the primary contacts within our client portfolio. This includes managing communication via phone and email to develop a strong understanding of client needs, processes and relationships. Networking and Client Visits Confidently represent the company at industry networking events and during regular on site visits to key customers. Consultative Sales Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements in order to provide accurate quotations and recommend appropriate print solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Issue Resolution Manage customer queries, concerns and production challenges efficiently and professionally, while maintaining positive and long-term client relationships. Workflow and Operational Management CRM System Proficiency Maintain and utilise the Customer Relationship Management system accurately, ensuring all client notes, job updates and correspondence are fully up to date. Workflow Organisation Effectively manage multiple fast paced print jobs simultaneously, overseeing deadlines, materials and production stages. Independent Task Completion Demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to complete tasks independently within the CRM system and production workflow, with minimal supervision. Logistics Carry out local and regional deliveries when required, ensuring finished print products are delivered safely and on time. Requirements and Preferences Experience Proven experience in customer account management, client facing roles or B2B sales is required. Experience within the print industry would be a distinct advantage. Driving A full and valid UK driving licence is preferred, as some deliveries are made directly to clients using company vehicles. Education and Skills Relevant professional experience is prioritised over formal qualifications. Candidates must demonstrate a good understanding of systems and excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, professional and well worded emails that convey the appropriate tone.
