Site Manager Required – Hotel Project (Edinburgh)
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a hotel project in Edinburgh.
This is a longer-term contract on a high-profile project, ideal for a Site Manager with experience delivering hotel developments or high-spec fit-out / refurbishment works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations
* Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
* Liaising with the project team and reporting to senior management
Requirements:
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Strong site management experience on complex construction projects
* Experience working on hotel or high-spec commercial projects beneficial
* Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme
