Our client is a successful and well-established manufacturer, they are looking for a Quality Manager to join their team. NOTE: Due to the location of site, you must have a full UK driving licence and your own transport. PLEASE ONLY APPLY OF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in a similar role as a Quality Manager in the Feed industry (Animal Feed). * Confident in challenging the teams, holding people accountable for positive changes to be implemented. * Quality Management System (QMS) knowledge. * Competency of writing SOP. * Experience in & HACCP systems. * Experience in Internal Auditing. * Experience managing staff and working closely with other teams, training teams on best practices. * High attention to detail, with good problem-solving skills. * IT literate - intermediate level with MS Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Proactive, with good written and oral communication skills. Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience.
