Site Manager – Super Prime Residential
Location: St John’s Wood, London
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 per annum + package (DOE)
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a respected main contractor delivering a £18m new-build and ultra high-end residential fit-out scheme in St John’s Wood.
Please note: Extensive experience of Prime Residential projects is prerequisite.
The structural phase is nearing completion, and the project is now moving into the super-prime fit-out stage. They are looking to appoint a strong “doer” on site to help drive programme, quality, and subcontractor coordination.
The Role:
* Day-to-day site management on a complex super prime private residential project.
* Managing the transition from structure to high-end fit out (white-box stage onwards).
* Coordinating trades, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality workmanship throughout.
* Working closely with the on-site Project Manager and wider delivery team.
* Maintaining H&S, site records, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Driving programme and helping ensure key deadlines are achieved.
Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering ultra high specification residential projects is essential.
* Strong fit-out background on projects £5m+.
* Ability to manage multiple trades with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Experience with private clients / UHNW environments.
