What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in QA management within food manufacturing
* Strong working knowledge of BRC standards
* Practical experience in HACCP and Quality Management Systems
* Confidence working to major retailer standards
* Experience leading customer and third‑party audits
* A naturally collaborative approach to stakeholder relationships

* The ability to coach, develop, and uplift your team
* High levels of IT confidence and accuracy
Your Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll play a meaningful part in shaping and sustaining the high standards we’re known for. You’ll lead with clarity, consistency, and care as you:
* Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the Technical Department
* Maintain and continuously improve our quality management systems
* Lead internal audits, lab functions, and technical investigations
* Drive HACCP improvements and cross‑department collaboration
* Manage retailer systems and ensure compliance
* Act as the primary contact for retailer partners
* Ensure packaging and labelling legislation is followed
* Train colleagues in hygiene and food safety
* Lead, support, and develop your technical team
* Partner with Operations and Technical Sales to resolve issues with confidence and transparency
* Lead customer and third‑party audits
