Head Of People Partnering - Technology We have an exciting opportunity to join us as Head of People Partnering, supporting our Technology function here at Flutter UKI! As Head of People Partnering, you will partner a member of the Technology Leadership Team, ensuring that an effective people strategy and plan exists. You will be an active contributor, helping shape the business strategy, whilst being accountable for developing and delivering a localised people plan that is aligned into the wider people strategy. Your role will be to lead the People Partnering team to ensure we are creating the best experience for our colleagues. This will involve collaborating and working in a matrix structure, influencing colleagues and stakeholders across different business areas and locations. You’ll keep people at the top of the agenda, ensuring we have the best talent available, driving a highly engaged and high performing culture, supported by a cost-effective operating model and structure. What you'll do Strategic Partnership Partner with designated UKI Leadership Team members and their senior teams Develop and execute data-driven people strategies aligned with business objectives Act as cultural custodian and champion of people initiatives Team Leadership Lead and coach People Partners, potentially across multiple locations Ensure team connection to broader UKI people strategy and relevant business strategies Empower team performance and development Talent & Performance Lead talent management strategy including talent reviews and succession planning Own performance management process and drive key insights Partner with Talent Acquisition on senior hiring and onboarding Drive retention and development initiatives for top talent Organisational Effectiveness Lead strategic initiatives including org design, workforce planning, and change management Use HR data and metrics to enhance employee experience and engagement and measure effectiveness of people strategy Partner with CoEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Reward) and various Hub teams internationally How you'll do it You will have significant experience as a Strategic Partner to senior leaders in complex, fast-paced environments A proven track record of line management across multiple locations Experience with org design, M&A, digital transformation, and post-merger integrations While we have a dedicated employee Relations team, a strong UK/Ireland employment law knowledge and employee relations expertise is expected Operated in a modern people structure, with a particular emphasis on managing initiatives/programmes through both direct and virtual teams Possess strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team in a matrix environment. This will involve high levels of collaboration across multiples areas and locations.
