Human Resources Manager Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldAdvanced degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD,SHRM-CP,) is a plus.Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in the UK and EU.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software tools for data management and reporting.
