THE EMPLOYER IS: AN DROICHEAD The Office Administrator will provide day to day administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the organisation. This role includes managing correspondence. Managing files & records, supporting staff with administrative tasks, and assisting with general office operations. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for enquiries and help maintain a professional, well organised working environment.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, providing professional and helpful responses.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls and mail.
* Maintain an organised filing system both digital & paper based.
* Support staff with general admin tasks and documentation.
* Schedule appointments, meeting and room booking as requires.
* Ensure office supplies are monitored and replenished.
* Help maintain a tidy efficient and well organised office environment.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Strong operational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to manage records and maintain accurate documentation.
* Customer service skills & a professional telephone manner.
* High level of spoken & written Irish.
Desirable Skills
* Experience working in a busy office environment.
* Experience supporting events meetings & projects.

The Employer is: AN DROICHEAD JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information -Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. -Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. -Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
