They are dedicated to creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer. They are looking for a motivated and experienced Tills & Customer Service Manager to oversee their tills department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
About the role
As the Tills & Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the tills area. You'll lead and train a team to ensure quick, friendly, and accurate service. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of customer service, handling any customer inquiries or issues, and ensuring that the tills are running efficiently. You will also have a key role in cash handling, till reconciliation, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a garden centre or retail environment in a similar role. You will have strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a busy tills department. Experience with cash handling, team management, and tills operations is essential. You will also have an eye for detail, ensuring that all till processes are followed correctly.
