Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, training, and disciplinary procedures. Design organisational structures, role descriptions, and team frameworks. Create an effective recruitment system to attract and retain top talent. Launch initiatives to enhance employee engagement and motivation. Maintain a balance between our unique company culture and a professional HR framework. Establish sustainable HR policies compliant with UK employment law. Navigate family business dynamics while implementing professional HR systems. Person Specification : Minimum of 5 years ’ strategic HR experience, ideally within growing or family-owned businesses. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best practices in HR. Proven expertise in organisational design and performance management. Experience working with diverse, multicultural teams. Fluency in Turkish and English ( essential ), Proactive, solution-focused, and results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
