About the role: This is a new role where you'll be the first point of contact for all HR matters locally and be responsible for the site yourself. with support from the HR Manager. You'll work across the full HR spectrum with a strong focus on Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Learning & Development coordination. Key responsibilities: Act as the go-to HR contact for all Bradford staff, providing hands-on support and HR guidance. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising to onboarding. Support employee relations casework (lower-level), maintaining records and ensuring fair, consistent outcomes. Coordinate training and development activities, including managing our training portal and keeping compliance records up to date. Support with HR admin; including contracts, starters/leavers, absence, and payroll liaison. Assist with maintaining and updating employee files.
