Quality Manager - Bradford | £45k - £50kA growing manufacturing business in Bradford is looking for a hands-on Quality Manager to help drive the next stage of it's quality and operational development.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer looking to step into a broader leadership role with real ownership, visability, and progression potential.Rather than simply maintaining compliance, this role is focused on embedded quality throughout the manufacturing and product lifecycle, improving process, driving continous improvement, and helping build a proactive quality culture across the business.You'll work closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and leadership teams to improve process capability, reduce defects, strengthen quality systems, and ensure quality is built into operations from the outset.What the Quality Manager role entails:Lead day-to-day quality and compliance activities across manufacturing operationsDrive process improvement, defect reduction, and root cause analysis activitiesSupport and develop the companys QMS and compliance systemsLead internal audits, CAPA activities, and non-conformance investigationsWork closely with production teams to embed proactive quality ownershipSupport supplier quality activities and continuous improvement initiativesHelp shape the future direction of the quality function as the business continues to growEssential Requirements of the Quality Manager:Experience within a manufacturing quality environmentStrong understanding of ISO9001 and quality systemsExperience with root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvementA proactive, hands-on approach to problem solvingSomeone who enjoys working closely with operational teams and influencing changeDesirable Requirements of the Quality Manager:ISO14001 exposureElectronics, PCB, or engineering manufacturing experienceLean / Six Sigma understandingSupplier quality experienceBenefits:Employee Bonus SchemeShare Incentive Scheme14 weeks of paid parental leaveCompany pension up to 10.5% employer contributionTraining & Professional developmentHealthcare incentivesLife assuranceIf you feel you are suitable and interested in this role, APPLY NOW with an up-to-date CV.
