What You'll Be Doing as Sales Executive:
* Selling success – Achieve targets for new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
* Maximising Finance & Insurance (F&I) opportunities – Present tailored finance solutions, protection plans, and value-added products to enhance the customer experience.
* Building connections – Engage with customers, understand their needs, and create lasting relationships.
* Following up leads – Proactively contact potential customers to maximise opportunities.
* Sealing the deal – Confidently handle objections and negotiate sales transactions.
* Delivering excellence – Ensure outstanding customer service every step of the way.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in car sales or a similar customer-focused sales role.
* A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Confidence, motivation, and a hunger to succeed.
* Ability to work as part of a talented, driven team.
