We are currently recruiting an Admin Officer for our client based in Belfast City Centre, Castlecourt. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with the Insures and Compensators where a person has claimed compensation as a result of an accident or injury. The job role will include recovery of Social Security benefit and/or Health costs following the compensation award. There is system based work which includes dealing with telephone calls. Also dealing with post and enquiries from compensators or solicitors. The Agency worker must be able to deal with telephony duties. Full training will be provided which will involve training on site until the person is trained, and then hybrid working can be arranged.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
1. 5 GCSE’s including maths and English (Proof of certs required)
2. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Excellent communication skills.
