The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned IT Services professional with deep UK connections to partner with us. This is a strategic 1099 partnership designed for a "door opener" who wants to monetize their network while we handle the technical delivery and execution.

Responsibilities

* Network Activation: Generate qualified introductions to UK-based tech decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Leaders).
* Strategic Discovery: Conduct initial qualification conversations to assess client needs and culture fit.
* Founder Alignment: Prepare qualified prospects for founder-led closing discussions.
* Market Intelligence: Test messaging and provide real-time market feedback to refine our go-to-market strategy.
* Progress Tracking: Deliver periodic updates against agreed-upon milestones.

Requirements

* Experience: 5+ years of proven B2B sales results in IT services, software development, or engineering outstaffing.
* Network: An existing, active network of UK tech buyers and decision-makers.
* Business Entity: Must operate under a registered business entity (LLC/Corporation)
* Communication: Exceptional executive communication skills and commercial acumen.
* References: Must be able to provide 2+ recent professional references.

Compensation & Benefits

* Monthly Retainer: Tailored retainer structures based on the depth of your network and agreed-upon milestone commitments.
* High-Upside Commission: 10% of total contract value on every deal secured, scaling with the size and duration of the agreement.
* Referral Bonuses: Earn up to $5,000 for recommending top engineering talent that joins our team.
* Flexibility: Fully remote, independent contractor status (Initial 3-month project with high likelihood of extension).

Hiring Process

1. Initial Discussion (30 mins) – Intro and chemistry check.
2. Scope Alignment (60 mins) – Deep dive into deliverables and network fit.
3. Verification – Reference and business entity check.
4. Execution – Consulting agreement signing.
