Site Manager | High End Residential Location: Arundel, West Sussex Salary: £55,000–£70,000 PAYE, depending on experience We’re working with a well established, private construction company delivering high end residential and commercial projects along the South Coast. With a strong pipeline of live projects, including heritage, listed building, and new builds, they’re looking for a highly skilled Site Manager to join their expanding team. Why this role? * Work on prestigious, ultra high quality projects, typically £2.5m–£10m. * Initial project is a prestigious Prime Residential new build that is yet to start on site, so you will run from start to completion. * Be part of a well structured and well run, medium sized company who are further forging their brand in The South of England. * Competitive salary and clear career progression. Your Role: * Manage site operations and coordinate subcontractors. * Deliver projects to the highest quality, actively managing programmes via MS Project alongside the visiting Contracts Manager. * Maintain health & safety compliance and ensure all building regulations are met. * Liaise with clients, architects, and project teams, providing strong client coordination and technical oversight. About You: * Proven experience as a Site Manager in high end residential projects. * Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills. * Confident reading drawings and managing technical details. * "A Driver" actively driving the build to schedule. * Carpentry background preferred, degree-qualified candidates considered.
