About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading your team to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 and customer quality standards.
* Developing and maintaining the site's quality management system.
* Overseeing inspection, metrology, and production quality controls.
* Managing internal and external audits across a precision engineering operation.
* Driving continuous improvement and quality performance across the business.
About You
* HNC/HND or above in mechanical engineering, or similar, or qualified by experience.
* Experience in a quality leadership role in a precision engineering, CNC machining environment.
* Demonstrable knowledge and experience of ISO9001, AS9100 and industry quality standards.
* Strong leadership skills, able to lead by example to raise standards.
* A structured, hands-on approach to quality management.
