An experienced Human Resources Manager, full generalist role
To deliver a sustainable HR strategy to a hotel team
Support Operations Teams with training
To increase staff engagement and retention.
To work closely with the hotel General Manager to deliver the best results possible.
Responsible for hiring, onboarding, compliance, grievances, disciplinary and team welfare
Proactive and reactive training
The Requirements
The Human Resources Manager will be experienced within Hotels or Hospitality, this is essential
CIPD qualified level 5 Required
A strong individual with a resilient can do attitude.
Be a confident, creative and effective HR leader
Outstanding communication skills
Initiative and a self-starter
