Quality Manager 2 Sisters Meals Solutions – Grimsby Shift Pattern: 4 on/off Competitive Salary and Benefits 2 Sisters Food Group are recruiting for a driven and enthusiastic Quality Manager to support our meals manufacturing operation based in Grimsby. Our Recipe Dish site in Grimsby, a state-of-the-art CIP plant producing premium quality chilled soups and sauces. The site currently employs around 200 people, whilst turning over £30 million. About The Role: Reporting into the Technical Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Main point of contact for all quality and food safety queries, demonstrating a high level of competence expertise and understanding of key fundamentals within these areas Lead the site QA team and develop an increased level of understanding of key technical and quality requirements across site. Key point of contact for shift managers, Area Leaders and A Team Leaders, with the ability to respond to all factory and technical queries from the site teams and customers. Lead and be the key point of contact for all customer complaint investigations, root cause, corrective and preventative actions. About You: To excel in this Quality Manager role, you will need to demonstrate: 3 years’ experience in a Technical role within a chilled environment Intermediate Food Hygiene & HACCP or higher People management- previous management experience essential Previous chilled high risk product experience not essential but very beneficial IOSH qualification desirable In return for your hard work and dedication 2 Sisters Food Group are offering an excellent starting salary alongside a competitive package and the opportunity to influence a market leader during a time of real growth.
