My client is an industry-leading civil engineering contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK. We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing new groundworks and civils projects based in Oxford.
Rates are negotiable! This is for an immediate start!
Site Manager Responsibilities:
1. Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
2. Site supervision and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Keeping site diaries.
4. Amending and working to RAMS.
5. Quality assurance.
6. Managing labor and allocating work to team members.
7. Providing progress reports.
8. Managing and ordering materials, overseeing site operations.
Site Manager Requirements:
* CSCS card.
* SMSTS certification.
* First aid certification.
* Highly experienced in groundworks and civils projects for specialist contractors.
* 8+ years of management experience.
