About The Role
As a developer, you'll have a seat on the rocket to MissionX's success, contributing innovative ideas and creative digital developments that power the company upwards.
From day one, you'll be developing software, systems & websites for all companies within the MissionX investment group to power their growth.
You'll be working as part of a small team of extremely motivated A-Players working on multiple projects, sometimes simultaneously.
You will be proactive with your work, taking responsibility for improving your skills so you can solve bigger and more valuable problems every single day.
Who You Are

Experience or interest in building and designing websites, systems or digital products.
A background in software development, no-code development, web design or digital project management.
You are a do-er, not just a thinker, and will execute relentlessly on your ideas - stopping at nothing to succeed.
You are not afraid of failure and will take sole responsibility for any problems you encounter when developing your ideas.
You are passionate about your work and will stop at nothing to achieve your goals.

We need someone with exceptional organisation skills and an analytical mind to challenge old methods of data design and figure out how we can work smarter.
