We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Client Account Manager to join our growing team in Luton. In this role, you will build your own client desk, secure new business, and manage accounts across multiple sectors while working closely with our operations team. As the role includes regular client meetings and site visits, a full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client accounts as the main point of contact.
* Build your own desk through proactive sales and outreach.
* Win new business and grow existing relationships.
* Negotiate rates, contracts, and agreements.
* Meet clients in person (own car required).
* Ensure compliance and handle relevant documentation.
* Work closely with operations to deliver excellent service.
* Use tools such as Google Drive, Maps, Outlook, and LinkedIn.
* Carry out B2B sales, building strong professional relationships.
Experience & Skills
* Understanding of the security services sector (preferred).
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or B2B roles.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
* Professional, driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.

* Competitive salary of £25,396.80 per annum (£12.21/hour)
